Open play hours are:

• Monday-Friday: 9am-3pm
• Saturday & Sunday: 9am-11am
• We close open play early on the weekends to allow for birthday parties!

• Adults are required to supervise their child(ren) at all times. We are not a drop-off or daycare facility.
• Adults are responsible for their children's behavior. To ensure the safety of all guests, no roughhousing will be permitted. 
• All guests are required to sign our release waiver.
• All guests, including adults, must wear socks in the play area. Children's socks must be non-slip. If needed, socks can be purchased at the front desk.
• All members and open play guests are welcome to enjoy snacks and beverages in the adult seating areas. No food or drink is allowed in the play area. 
• For the health and safety of all guests, if you or your child(ren) have any signs of illness (runny nose, cough, etc.) please do not visit the play space. We reserve the right to deny entry if anyone in your party shows visible signs of illness. If you’re sick, please make plans to play another day.
• We know potty training is tough! If your little one is not fully potty trained, please use a diaper or pull-up when visiting the space. We reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of $150 if an accident occurs in our play space. 

Rainbow Lane is designed with children ages 0-5 years in mind. 

Due to limited capacity, we strongly advise booking ahead for open play, even if you have a membership. We cannot guarantee admission for walk-ins, which are subject to capacity and availability for safety reasons.

All children and adults are required to remove their shoes and wear socks in the play area. Children should wear non-slip socks.

Babies 6 months and under are free as long as they’re accompanying an older sibling. 

We have a dedicated baby area with toys designed just for little ones, so they can join in on the fun, too!

Yes, older siblings are welcome to accompany their younger siblings at Rainbow Lane! While our play space is specifically designed for children ages 0-5, we allow bookings for kids up to age 7 to ensure families can enjoy the experience together.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our visitors, we ask that older children be mindful of the smaller ones. If an older child is playing too roughly or disrupting the experience for others, we reserve the right to kindly ask them to leave the play area. Thank you for helping us keep Rainbow Lane a safe and magical space for little ones!

We get it—little ones can be messy, especially during “sniffles season.” That’s why keeping Rainbow Lane clean and safe is our top priority.

Here’s how we make sure your kiddos can play worry-free:

• Frequent Cleaning During Play: Our team will clean and sanitize the play space and toys throughout the day during open play.
• Daily Deep Cleaning: After hours, we perform a thorough deep clean, sanitizing every surface and toy to ensure a fresh start for the next day.
• Shoe-Free Zone: To protect our littlest crawlers, the entire play area is a shoe-free zone, helping keep germs off tiny hands.

And when it comes to cleaning products, we don’t compromise. At Rainbow Lane, we use Force of Nature, a kid-safe, powerful cleaning solution.

• Monthly Membership: Take the hassle out of your membership with monthly auto-renewal that stays on until you cancel!
• 6-month Membership: Pay upfront for a 6-month membership. It's the cost of 5 months, so you get one month free!

Members get unlimited play at Rainbow Lane! If you come more than 3 times in a month, it pays for itself. Members get 10% off and early access to any special events hosted by Rainbow Lane. They also get 10% off of any birthday party package!

We offer several standard themes and we can also accommodate custom themes for an additional fee. Once you submit an inquiry form, someone at Rainbow Lane will reach out and work with you directly to make your little one's birthday party exactly what you're looking for.

No! While we offer a variety of premium party products and themes, you can certainly choose outside of our selection. Depending on sourcing party supplies, there may be an upcharge for a theme outside of Rainbow Lane's choices, but we will work together during the party planning process to ensure seamless decor and a wonderful experience for all.

Yes! Please feel free to bring a coffee or snack or any non-alcoholic food/beverage item that you can enjoy in our adult seating areas. We ask that there are no food or beverage items in the play areas.

Please keep in mind that we do allow outside food to be brought in and we are not a nut-free facility.

Rainbow Lane has parking in the front AND in the back of the building. While there are exits on three sides of the building, please enter through the front doors for check-in!
